Winners will receive an Apple Vacations prize form. This form must be completed and emailed to applevacationspromotions@applelg.net between 45 and 14 days prior to departure.
Reservations must be made through the Apple Vacations Promotions Department. Apple Vacations cannot accept reservation requests over the phone or in person. Trips are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. Apple Vacations reserves the right to substitute another vacation of equal value, comparable rating or within the same hotel chain on ENVF Airlines in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If the winner contacts the hotel or airline, the trip will be forfeited in full.
Winners must be 21 years of age or older and travel with a valid passport. ALG Vacations staff and their families are not eligible to win or travel. Winner and guest must travel on the same dates, same booking number and flight, no deviations will be allowed.
Departure and arrival taxes and Trip Mate Part B Travel Protection (approximately $100 to $250 per person, subject to change) will be notified with the promotional booking and travelers must pay within the deadline stated in the confirmation email.
