When traveling with kids, especially young ones, there’s nothing more appealing than a water park, where you can finally relax for a bit while your kids slide and slide and slide and slide.
Caribbean resorts are increasingly aligning with this, with top resorts from Nassau to Anguilla adding full-service water parks to ensure the perfect daytime activity for families.
And now we can add one more hotel to that list: Club Med in Punta Cana.
According to information obtained by Caribbean Journal, an all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic has announced plans to open a new “splash park” in December of this year.
The company says the new park will include everything from waterslides to splash pads and “splash zones.”
This is part of a larger renovation at the Punta Cana resort, which also includes new, larger accommodations for families, new event spaces and an revamped menu at the property’s Hispaniola restaurant.
If you can’t wait until December, Lopesan Costa Bavaro is one of Punta Cana’s resorts that sets the standard when it comes to water parks. This resort has great facilities for families, including a large water park. We named Lopesan the #1 All-Inclusive Resort in Punta Cana for 2024. Book now.
