St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, a Marriott International company, will open the St. Regis Cap Cana Resort in the Dominican Republic in spring 2025.
Designed by Toronto-based Chapi Chapo Design, the resort will be the luxury brand’s first property in the Caribbean.
The St. Regis Cap Cana has 200 rooms and 36 suites, many with swim-out access. Among its standout amenities is a two-bedroom, 6,500-square-foot Presidential Suite with a separate living area and ocean-view balcony.

Amenities include a spa with 13 treatment rooms, exclusive beach access, four swimming pools, a fitness center, and St. Regis’ signature butler service.
The property is surrounded by the Jack Nicklaus-designed Punta Espada Golf Course, an 18-hole waterfront course designed to immerse you in a tropical paradise.
Cap Cana also offers nine different dining experiences, including celebrity chef Diego Muñoz’s Nina restaurant, an elegant Mediterranean restaurant, a Latin tapas and cigar lounge, a poolside grill, a coffee shop and a rooftop tiki-inspired bar. .
The property also boasts over 7,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space with tropical charm.
