With careful attention to detail in every aspect, the hotel provides a well-planned layout that prioritizes convenience and comfort. The resort’s compact size made it easy to get around without needing a tram to reach the beach or buffet, which was a major plus for those seeking simplicity in a tropical escape.
Smooth Check-In and Comfortable Accommodations
Check-in was quick and easy, setting a positive tone from the start. When I requested an upgrade, I was delighted to receive a spacious suite with two bathrooms, a bedroom, and a pull-out couch bed—a fantastic setup for extra comfort and convenience.
Dining and Exceptional Staff Service
The culinary experience was impressive, with delicious options at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff truly made the dining experience exceptional. Joandel Cayetano stood out for his attentive service, always ensuring our drinks were refilled and providing a friendly, helpful presence. Yandys Guerrero and Pelagia Ramirez were also outstanding, anticipating our needs before we even asked. Pebels and Freddy went above and beyond, making sure everything was perfect for us. Captain Victor and hostess Soribel worked seamlessly to keep the buffet running smoothly.
Entertainment and Amenities
The hotel’s beautiful theater hosts some fantastic shows, adding a touch of entertainment to the evenings. While the performances were enjoyable, air conditioning in the theater would have made it even more comfortable on warmer nights. The resort truly shined with its festive Halloween decorations, including a haunted house that brought extra fun for the kids.
Pools, Water Park, and a Serene Beach
The pool areas were beautiful and the water park was a hit with families. However, the beach was truly my favorite—peaceful and scenic with few waves, making it perfect for relaxation. There was always an available lounge chair, adding to the ease of enjoying the seaside.
