PUNTA CANA — Dominican Republic’s leading airline Alajet has announced the launch of a new direct flight route between Punta Cana (PUJ) and Rosario, Argentina (ROS), strengthening air connectivity between the Caribbean and South America. The route will begin operating on June 16, 2026, with three flights per week.
The expansion will make Rosario the third destination in Argentina for Alajet Airlines, strengthening the airline’s presence in the Southern Cone and expanding its international network to more than 28 destinations in 15 countries. From Rosario, passengers will be able to connect to more than 13 destinations via Alajet’s Punta Cana hub, including Miami, Orlando, New York, Lima, Cancun and Kingston.
Allajet executives emphasized that this new route is consistent with the company’s commitment to providing competitive fares, punctual service, and convenient connections throughout the Americas. To celebrate this, the airline has introduced promotional discounts of up to 25% off base fares using the code ‘Vamos ROS’. This offer is valid for ticket purchases from December 18 to 26, 2025, with travel dates from June 16, 2026 to March 21, 2027.
