Aruba
The Westerly at Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino

While not exactly a new resort, The Westerly at Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino is a new oceanfront tower expansion set to open early next year as a resort-within-a-resort concept. The tower will feature 161 rooms and suites, including an adults-only swim-up option. The 18 Oceanfront Suites offer a larger oceanfront stay. The tower will also feature an adults-only rooftop club.

Crystal Cove Tribute Portfolio Hotel
Crystal Cove will open as a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Barbados early this year. The resort is all-inclusive and offers a village-like atmosphere, with plenty of programs for families and children to enjoy, including a swim-up waterfall bar, kids club, and water sports. The property offers garden or ocean view rooms with private balconies.
Turtle Beach Tribute Portfolio Hotel
Turtle Beach, a Tribute Portfolio hotel, will open in Barbados in the middle of next year, offering an all-suite, all-inclusive resort experience on the island’s south coast. The resort offers a wide range of fitness and wellness programs, as well as family-friendly services and multiple dining options. Accommodations include garden-view, ocean-view and oceanfront rooms, as well as rooms with interconnecting room configurations for larger groups and families.

Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa
The Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa in Grand Cayman is located near Seven Mile Beach and just 10 minutes from the international airport. Opening in April 2026, the resort will feature 382 rooms and suites, several dining options, a spa, several pools, a fitness center, and an extensive beachfront with plenty of snorkeling and diving opportunities.
One | GT
One | GT will be Grand Cayman’s newest luxury boutique hotel, opening in winter 2026 and becoming part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World. The hotel features the island’s only rooftop bar and restaurant with an infinity pool, three dining venues and an on-site cafe. Travelers can choose from 96 suites or 81 luxury residences for both long stays and short breaks.

Secrets Macau Beach Punta Cana

Secrets Macau Beach Punta Cana will open in 2026 as an adults-only, all-inclusive resort with 406 guest rooms, including suite and swim-up suite options. The resort features nine restaurants, including a farm-to-table concept set in organic gardens, three pools, a convention center and the brand’s signature Unlimited Luxury Inclusion and Preferred Club amenities.
Turks and Caicos Islands
Hotel Indigo Turks & Caicos
Scheduled to open in 2026, Hotel Indigo Turks & Caicos is a 56-room resort located just meters from Grace Bay Beach. The resort is a mix of completely renovated new and existing buildings, with an infinity pool, restaurant, cafe, outdoor movie theater, and more to help you relax. The resort offers a selection of off-site experiences, including snorkeling.
Kimpton Turks & Caicos
Kimpton Turks and Caicos will open next year as a 192-room oceanfront resort. Every room has a view of Grace Bay. The resort has 3 outdoor pools, a spa, fitness center, and 7 dining options. The brand’s amenity program includes in-room yoga mats, complimentary bicycles, and a pet-friendly policy.
Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay
Opening in May 2026, Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay will be the brand’s entry into the Caribbean, offering 59 guest rooms and 74 residences, multiple dining areas and pools, a luxury spa with an indoor/outdoor concept, a fitness center with a garden yoga studio, and more.
Treasure Beach Village, Turks and Caicos Islands Beach

Although not a full-fledged resort, Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks & Caicos Islands is undergoing a major $150 million expansion, offering 101 multi-bedroom suites designed for families in the resort’s sixth village. Rooms range from two to four bedrooms, with concierge suite and butler suite options. The larger Treasure Beach Crystal Sky Reserve Villa has a private pool and rooftop deck and sleeps up to 10 people over three floors.
Treasure Beach Village guests will enjoy a new 15,000 square foot infinity pool, six new food and beverage concepts, a movie theater and more.
US Virgin Islands

Opening next summer, The Botany is St. Thomas’ newest independent luxury hotel overlooking Botany Bay. The resort features 23 villas in gated communities, ranging from one to three bedrooms. Botany’s amenities include a spa, coffee shop, two restaurants, two pools, hiking trails, and a beach. Due to its intimate feel, the property is also available for purchase for weddings, corporate retreats, and other gatherings.
