The expansion includes Lopesan Splash Cove, Lopesan Caoba Lagoon Resort, Spa & Casino, and Lopesan Serenity Bay.

These facilities are scheduled to open in early 2026 and are currently accepting reservations.
Lopesan Caoba Lagoon Resort, Spa & Casino features the Bella Beach Club Pool, Wave Pool, Aquatica Waterpark, private beach access, a 16,000 square meter spa with 31 treatment rooms, and a variety of wellness amenities. The resort also has event facilities and the Lopesan Convention Center for meetings and social gatherings.
At the heart of the property is The Boulevard, an outdoor promenade that connects properties in the area. We offer a bar and a variety of dining and entertainment options for all guests staying at our interconnected resorts.
Lopesan Serenity Bay is an adults-only property with 239 suites housed in one modern building. Guests have access to multiple dining options and communal entertainment, including an 820-seat theater, nightclub, and casino.
Lopesan Splash Cove targets families and multigenerational guests. The 244-room property is housed in a five-story building surrounded by gardens, five pools, recreation areas, and easy access to the beach.
